It worked once when I installed the new version that came out a few days back, but when I try to run it again all I see is a girl and all the fields and text is missing. If I uninstall and run it after reinstalling it works for that first time only, the next time it is ran I get just the girl again. See http://i14.tinypic.com/6t5v500.jpg
