Since this is a public forum I'll keep things clean and generic, but nothing upsets me more than putting a release out, having no one test it, look at it, and then once its out complain that it's a) not finished b) not working or c) not what they wanted. I feel the pains of scope creep and they are pulling me down. I do try to give people what they want, but there are too many cooks in the kitchen and all you get is spaghetti code. Luckily we're implementing a new system for documenting features, but the old projects burn me every time.
