The other night I was cat sitting in the real LES, the window from the apt I was staying in over looks the storefront of the real Cakeshop. I found myself gazing at it with strange delight, thinking about some fun times I had being there virtually the night before. Shortly thereafter I was just across the bridge in Brooklyn, but now via computer I was back in the LES virtually hanging out directly in front of the vCakeshop. Nearly back to where I just was 20 minutes previous, I felt a bit disoriented and confused.
When I returned back to the rLES a few hours later I took a photo from the window of the apt that I can see the real Cakeshop from.
I did a double take because I thought I saw Snoop!!!
Alas, it was just my silly imagination....
My juxtaposed experience in the vLES and the rLES rattled the doors of perception.
For a split second I had a rare glimpse into the future.
