Who here buys records as in vinyl? I've never stopped. In fact I've hardly bought any cds in the last 10 years other than blank cds.
With mp3s sounding so bad do you find the desire to hear analog waves rather than jagged bits? Or have the advent of the CD and mp3 trained our ears to respond satisfactory to poor quality reproductions?
Even though they are inferior to analog reproductions, Mp3s are great for the environment. It reduces consumer waste quite a bit.
Strange to think that some point soon some children will not even know what a compact disc is?!
